Returns & Exchanges

RETURN POLICY:

Returns can be difficult and frustrating. So let’s make this one easy for you!

    1. Download the Returns & Exchanges Form, fill it out, and ship it back with the merchandise you would like to return.
    2. Check below to determine which category your return falls under.
    3. Returns must have been purchased from www.boondux.com, if the items were not they must be returned at the location they were purchased.

Unworn and Unwashed Merchandise: 
• Items may be returned up to 60 days from the date of purchase. 
• Refunds must be issued back to the original credit card used at purchase.

• The refund amount will be the price purchased at checkout, less the applied discount amount and shipping/handling charges.

 

Sale Items: 
• Items may be returned up to 30 days from the date of purchase. 
• Sales listed as FINAL CLOSEOUT may not be returned. 
• Refunds must be issued back to the original credit card used at purchase. 
• The refund amount will be the price purchased at checkout, less the applied discount amount and shipping/handling charges.

 

Decals: 
• Items may not be returned or exchanged. 

 

Duck calls: 
• If returned will require a $5 restocking fee. 

 

Defective Clothing (Not a result of washing): 
• Items may be returned on a case-by-case basis.
• The fastest way to determine if your defect will be accepted is to snap a picture of the defective area and email us at returns@boondux.com. Please reference your order number in the email. Our most common problem is shrinkage. Please follow the care label on your Boondux clothing at every wash. We spend a great deal of effort to find best wash practices for your Boondux clothing, to keep it looking as great as day one!

EXCHANGE POLICY:

Deciding to try one of our other fantastic products? Great! We have lots of those.

    1. Check below to determine what your order qualifies under.
    2. All Exchanges must be made within 60 days of your original purchase.
    3. Exchanges must have been purchased from www.boondux.com, if the items were not they must be returned at the location they were purchased.

I NEED MY EXCHANGE FAST! HURRY!
• No problem, simply go to www.boondux.com
 and place a new order for the items you wish to receive in exchange.
• Please reference the new order number on the Returns Form for the items sent back as proof of purchase. 
• Email us at returns@boondux.com.

 

Regular Returns by Mail:

  1. Download the Exchange Form.
  2. Reference your original order number.
  3. Fill out the form providing the product information for the items you would like to exchange.
  4. Next, fill out the section asking what you would like to receive back from us in exchange for your original items.
  5. Insert form into the package and send it back to us!

* Please allow up to 15 days for us to receive and process your order.
* We suggest that you select Insurance and get tracking on your return package as we cannot Exchange or Refund items we do not receive.
